If you are not satisfied within a 7 Day period of your hair appointment, we will revisit the colour at a 50% reduction of the cost.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

NO SHOW PROTECTION We now use FRESHA Booking system and take your credit card details for your booking, Securely stored within FRESHA. We understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we request at least a 48 hour notice of cancellation/ Date transfer. Canceling within the 48 hours will result in a 30% fee of the services you have booked. If you do not turn up to your Confirmed appointment, you will be charged 50% of your services booked. Cancelling an appointment within the full notice, the cancelation fee will be waived.

COVID-19

We understand that COVID-19 requires Quick testing and Self isolation. In the cases of COVID-19 testing we will reduce our cancelation policy to 24 hours with the proof of a COVID test. All of the above fees and charges do apply.

We are are small business that has been effected heavily, To ensure that we can continue to service you we hold this as the stickiest policy within the business. No exemptions accepted.

LATE POLICY

If you are 15 minutes late to your booking, your services cannot be guaranteed you may need to have a lesser service at the original appointment costing or you may need to rebook your appointment incurring a 50% No show fee applied. I also hold our team accountable and if they ever fall behind schedule a member of the team will call you 30 minutes prior to your appointment to let you know, helping you to avoid long wait times at the salon.

PRIVACY STATEMENT 

We collect your personal information that you provide to us at the salon or when you book on line. This information is stored on our personal data base and is used to keep you up to date with salon news. you can opt out of these emails at any time by contacting the salon on. You information is stored securely through our FRESHA PARTNER software and we do not hand your detail onto any body.
